Creating space for healing through learning
Our workshops provide group space to allow participants learn and engage with mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, recovery from illness, recovery from trauma, depression and coping with every day life.
The aim of the workshops is to provide deeper understanding around the mental health issue and to help create and strengthen each individuals mental health toolkit to allow each participant successfully manage their own mental health.
